What are my shipping options?
Standard Priority ships in 2–3 business days (about 4–6 days total). Add Skip the Line at checkout for 1–2 day processing (about 3–5 days total).
How do returns work?
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Some vendor items carry a restocking fee, which is disclosed before you ship anything back. Start every return through our Returns Portal — approval is required first.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Orders with multiple items sometimes ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking number; allow 24–72 hours after your shipping confirmation for the first carrier scan.
